DENVER, CO. and ESPOO, FINLAND – February 2, 2024 – Dassiet, the orthopedic device manufacturer bringing bold splinting and casting solutions to market, today announced the addition of Joey McCormick as Area Vice President of Sales for Dassiet’s Medical Division. His charter is to accelerate the company’s commercial development in the US market and drive revenue growth of the UCAST, Woodcast and ProCast product lines.

The splinting and casting market is broken. Archaic products, inefficient materials and cumbersome casting methods are critical points of frustration for orthopedic clinicians. Dassiet represents a new era of orthotic products, emerging as a leader in orthopedic device manufacturing by creating high performance solutions with proprietary, first-in-class biomaterials.

McCormick joins Dassiet with more than 13 years of sales and leadership experience within the orthopedic, neuro, pain management and rehabilitation markets. McCormick will be responsible for driving US revenue growth with a strategic focus on the East half of the country. He will work in tandem with Dassiet AVP of Sales Jason Chapman, who joined the company in August 2023.
